The Captains Goes 15 On 4

Tomorrow is my 4th wedding anniversary with my lovely wife, so I thought I would go look back chuckle at our younger selves for a good on Wayback Wednesday.  Here’s Meg and I back in 1996, when we first came to know each other.

This is us posing for a cast picture in the One Act directed by Me.  I chose Meg as my Assistant Director purely because I wanted to get to know her.  So I guess that worked out pretty well for yours truly.  But more about that tomorrow.  Here I wanted to bring attention to our eerily similar hair styles.   We both had black hair at the time that we were trying to grow to our shoulders.  Despite our similar style I look like a long-haired slacker dude and she looks like a short-haired smart chick.  Gotta love gender stereotypes!  Thankfully we both have the norm nowadays.  Meg might still be able to pull off a short cut, but I get the feeling that mine would come off looking like Michael Bolton circa 1996.  What a difference 15 years can make!

Ciao,

The Captain

It is hard to believe you were ever that young. You both look like innocent babies in this picture which would have been fighting words back then!
